Return & Exchange Policy
Each item is made to order with care, just for you. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for size, color preference, or change of mind. Please take a moment to review our size chart and color details before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We want you to love every order you receive. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 5 business days of delivery. Once we review your claim, we’ll gladly provide a refund or replacement.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Claims after 5 days cannot be accepted.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
Order Cancellations
If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. Once production begins, we’re unable to make adjustments or cancellations.
On rare occasions, we may need to cancel an item or order due to inventory or production issues. If that happens, we’ll notify you right away and issue a full refund for the affected items.
